WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY ABOUT US

Beth helped us massively in guiding our male Rottweiler pup Rufus from being a typical Rottie pup, a bit hyper, lacking house manners and reactive on his walks to new sites and sounds (cars & bikes being his main triggers) to a respectful easy to manage young adult Rottie.Beth helped us understand what Rufus needed from us, how to fulfil his needs and how to manage some of his more difficult behaviour. Beth also gave us great guidance in any products that could help in Rufus’ training and certainly spared us any BS that you sometimes find from other avenues of ‘puppy training’. Rufus is by no means the finished article but without Beth’s help we dread to think how he would’ve ended up as he’s a very strong willed pup he certainly knows how to push buttons. We will definitely be seeking Beth’s help again in refreshing Rufus’ training as he grows. There is nobody else we would trust in helping train Ruf!

Rocco couldn’t walk past another dog or person without trying to jump or play with them after 5 session with Beth Rocco completed a full hours walk off leash passing several dogs without paying them any attention couldn’t recommend highly enough

Would highly recommend Beth to anyone wanting some training for their dog. We contacted Beth as our dog was anxious around our 10 month old daughter. Beth taught us how to train our dog not just around our daughter but also put in public, something we had always struggled with. Beth helped us see our dog was anxious (but also a little attention seeker) in public. We can now go for a coffee, meal etc as a family in peace. So thank you Beth! Would not hesitate to contact Libertas K9 again in the future if needed

We had this handsome boy come and see us for help with loose leash walking, recall, and over excitement around people and dogs.
Spud is a very typical young Labrador, full of energy, wanting to sniff everything in sight and say hello to anything that moves.
We started the session off by going through ways to increase his food drive as he was able to graze and didn’t really value food, which makes training even harder.
Next, we covered leash pressure and focus on his owner. Spud would nearly dislocate your arm to sniff something, so we taught him that he needed to remain in the heel position until told otherwise.
We then went through ways to keep his attention by using body movement and making his training fun.
These guys have signed up to our Liberty Package, so we will do more work around dog neutrality and not being over excited around people.
We had this beautiful boy come and see us for help with loose leash walking and dog reactivity.
His owners had struggled to be able to take him out as he would kick off every time he saw a dog and didn’t let up pulling.
We started the session off by getting the all important foundations in place. He took to this all pretty quickly as his owners have already done some really nice work with him.
Next, we got to work on his loose leash walking and once he understood what was expected of him he was walking nicely on a lead.
We finished off by working him around Shadow and then Drogo. Kylo was pretty obvious when he would kick off, which made it easier to break the fixation and redirect to a more positive behaviour.
During the session, we also discussed doing more with him as he is a working line GSD who needs more than normal pet life.
He has super dedicated owners, and they have signed up to our Liberty Package so we can continue working with him.
We had this sweet girl come and see us for help with recall and obedience.
Boo’s owner has already worked with us with another dog, so Boo already has some really nice foundations in, but when recall is involved due to her prey drive, it is hard to get her back.
Her owner wanted to get her a bit more road savy and wanted her auto sit at the roadside, so we went through how to achieve this and practised this during the session.
Boo is super motivated by a ball, so we utilised this for recall training. Teaching her that coming back starts the game, and it is worth coming back to her owner.
It was a really fun session with such a sweet girl.
We had this stunning boy come and see us for help with loose leash walking, over excited behaviour around people, general obedience, and his owners were unsure of what was going on around other dogs.
When Hector first came out, you could see he was a very typical adolescent male Rottie. He was full of it, very excited, and didn’t really care what he was getting told to do.
Lovely temperament, but he just needed direction and some boundaries putting in.
We had this beautiful girl come and see us. Kira doesn’t have any major issues. Her owner got in touch with us as he wants to make her the best she can be. She is a little reactive towards dogs, but on the whole, a really nice dog.
When we first got her out, she lacked engagement and would only listen when she wanted to.
Today we travelled to Middlesborough for a home visit to see this handsome lad. His owner wanted help with over excitable behaviour in the home along with obedience under distraction and recall. Igor is a typical 9 month Cane Corso and just needed to learn some boundaries and manners when at home.
