If you visit our login page, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

When you log in, we will also set up several cookies to save your login information and your screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days, and screen options cookies last for a year. Embedded content from other websites

Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

Who we share your data with

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.

How long we retain your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where we send your data

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

Severe behavioural issues must be disclosed at the time of booking, if the dog(s) has a bite history this must also be disclosed. Libertas K9 will ensure the session is in a controlled environment but it is the responsibility of the owner to advise Libertas K9 prior to the session so this can be organised.  If the dog(s) does have a bite history the owner must also bring a suitable muzzle to the session. Please discuss this prior to the session if you are unsure.

During the session Libertas K9 may take videos/pictures. If you wish for this not to happen, please inform us before the session. These are used for social media, website and advertising purposes.

Once a session/package has begun, should the client decide to no longer continue with the sessions the remainder of the sessions will be lost and no refund will be given.

Any cancellations made within 7 days of the booking will be refunded at 50% unless an appointment is rescheduled.

If you need to reschedule an appointment you must contact Libertas K9. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required, if less than 48 hours’ notice is given the full session/fee will be lost.

By booking with Libertas K9 you are agreeing with these terms and conditions.
